WorkoutSpot offers a comprehensive analysis tool for individuals looking to scrutinize specific segments or points within their workouts. Users can seamlessly select any workout currently logged in the Health app, or add new workouts through the Workouts app on Apple Watch or compatible applications that integrate with Health.

The application's intuitive interface allows users to zoom in on particular segments, making it easy to analyze performance metrics such as the duration required to ascend a hill or sprint between stoplights. A preview graph at the bottom of the screen, coupled with a map at the top, provides a clear visual representation of the current segment being analyzed.

WorkoutSpot enables users to toggle between time and distance metrics while preserving their current selection, facilitating a thorough review of workout data.

When selecting a specific point on the graph, users can obtain detailed information about their performance, including:

<li>Location on the map</li>
<li>Time of day</li>
<li>Distance covered</li>
<li>Altitude</li>
<li>Grade (terrain slope)</li>
<li>Speed</li>
<li>Heart rate</li>
</ul>

In addition, by zooming and panning across the graph, users can select specific segments to view additional insights such as:
<ul>
<li>A highlighted view on the map</li>
<li>Duration of the segment</li>
<li>Total distance</li>
<li>Ascent (climbed)</li>
<li>Average grade</li>
<li>Average speed</li>
<li>Average heart rate</li>
</ul>
